Create a joomla gallery module

I designed a joomla gallery , but did it with html , divs etc. Now i want to make it a module so my client can easily add images . this is an example [login to view URL] the way i did it and want to be done is this there are 2 colums. left and right. every column can have 1 full ( 100% width ) or 2 half ( 50%) images per row as you can see in the [login to view URL] creates this tile gallery. gallery must be responsive in the way that you see in the demo. Images shrink as display is smaller and after a point for example 1024 pixels second column 2 goes under 1 column. You can check again the demo and see what i mean. In module clients will see the 2 colums and can put as many images under every column. Image order can change whenever client wants. he can select if the image is full or half in the example i also use modal from nonumber and lazy load plugin . I would like to have these in the module without need to install these plugins. user can check if he wants lazy load or not. images open as the example but user can navigate to next image if you use jquery etc we have to see compatibility issues beacuse i am planning to use this in more websites module will be compatible with joomla 2.5 and joomla 3 As my badget is maximum 100$ please do not contact if the price is not good for you ...
