Create Twitter Bot to Roll Dice

We want to create a Twitter Bot that responds to Tweets directed at it. The Bot's purpose is to "Roll Dice" of different types (2 sides, 3 sided, 4 sided, 6 sided, 8 sided, 10, sided, 12 sided, 20 sided, 100 sided) and return/reply the value based on commands tweeted to it by a user. What we need is for you to develop the bot and set it up. We would need to know if this can be hosted on a 3rd party service like Google Docs, or if we'd need to host this on our own server.
