Create simple Java REST services

I would like you to create 3 almost identical Java REST services, using [login to view URL] These services require no authentication and will run on my local Ubuntu machine. I plan to access them from python3 code. I need these services to provide me access to methods in --Tregex ([login to view URL]) --Supersense tagger ([login to view URL]) --ARKRef ([login to view URL]~ark/ARKref/) Requirements: 1. Make sure that these services run until being explicitly stopped and that JVM is running. I would like to optimize performance as much as possible. 2. Allow me to specify port number on the command line at start time 3. Release package and installation instructions. These could be as simple as "copy these files here..." 4. Sample python3 code to pass info to them and receive and parse the output 5. Instructions on how to recompile/rerelease in case I will make changes in the future
