Create an alternative minecraft launcher -- 2

This is a project for an alternative launcher minecraft. The launcher should be visually identical to the official minecraft, there should be no changes in the launcher appearance. But the big difference to be a proxy that must be set in the code to open the proxy launcher must be connected automatically, without any action of a person to activate it. The launcher must be compatible with windows, mac and linux.
