Create .ANE from tesseract (or other OCR engine) for AS3 (AIR; Android & iOS)

So I need OCR for AS3, to be used in AIR application for mobile (Android & iOS). Tesseract engine is only one possibility, so I'm open to all suggestions, but most ideal solution would be .ANE file I can use in Flash and pass bitmapData to it, and receive string back to flash. My app would take a photo, and .ANE should recognize text from it (hopefully all texts). I'm sure there's already many engines and libraries for OCR, but I haven't found any .ANE's for AS3 or AS3 version of them. So this would probably be quite simple project to someone who has done native extensions before. I attached an example photo so you can see what kind of text should be recognized.
