Basic Threadpools using Callable, Futures and CyclicBarrier

I need somebody who can help me with this really small, but for me impossible task. It's an assignment that builds on a previous project (fairly easy to explain). The previous application has to be expanded so that three methods (that now run in the same thread) each run in a different thread at the same time. This has to be done using a threadpool and the Callable interface. The project should also use Futures to pass contents of an ArrayList through to the EDT. Also, the project has to use a CyclicBarrier to find out when all the calculations are done. (Which is when the three methods are finished). I'm guessing that this task takes about an hour, since the assignment isn't really that much. I just have no clue whatsoever how to do it.
