Applicant tracking system - Experienced/Serious Bidders only !

What I need done: I need a applicant tracking system built for my staffing company, post jobs, add cadidates, search job boards and add candidates from job boards to database, reporting, interview scheduling, reference check. What I already have versus what the provider will build I have complete idea of what i need done and i can provide the business specs and if needed even a wireframe. i'm not a programmer i need senior programming support and database design support. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: to complete some of the features i have in mind, provider will need to know web crawling techiques, scrapping techniques. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience or good understanding of how recruiting and staffing business work, or should have built applications related to recruiting business. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 2-3 Months
