Android/Java Web developer (Quick Project)

Dear Freelancers, I require an Android/Java Web developer to make a very simple app for me. I have an existing java application which accepts a string in one language and outputs in another language. I required you to first develop a servlet that accepts a POST request and invokes the translator method. Secondly I need to develop a extremely simple android app which uses “[login to view URL]” to detect users voice and then POST request to this servlet hosted on a server which returns the string and displays on the mobile. Should only take 2-3 hours for the competent developer.
