A Reinforcement Learning -Q-learning,SARSA, Learn from Demonstration (LfD) JAVA implementation

The Java library of the Teachingbox provides algorithms for reinforcement learning as well as for learning by demonstration (utilizing supervised learning algorithms) and data structures for exchanging policies between the different ways of learning.([login to view URL]) The API provides the classes Experiment, Agent, State and Action. I need to use teachingbox for the implementation of a specific software to test Reinforcement Learning Algorithms. I need someone with experince in Reinforcement learning formalisation.
