Android project: change layout programatically

Requirement: I have an android device attached to my computer via USB, from java I need to be able to change on demand the orientation of the screen of the attached device (layout portrait -landscape) the request must be send from java and the device should be attached via usb Can be done using adb debug bridge, or developing an app that runs as a service on the android device and communicating with it from java The approach and more details will be given to the freelancer Good communicational skills are required. * Only serius freelancer, good qualifications * Daily reports is a MUST * comply with deadlines (will be agreeded together before starting) * comply with the agreeded bid, provide all source code be serious and professional * QA support and bug fixing to have a good quality product Thanks -zaious
