But we would again check if the keyword strength and popularity is ok to start the campaign. Let me explain you how this works, if you are new to adwords. First when you start an account the competitive keywords has to be chosen. Based on the keyword, you would be asked for a bid amount. If your bid amount is equal or more than the normal pricing, your account would be accepted. Once an account is created, you have to create the ad campaign, which would take atleast three days to get reviewed by Google. Once the ads are reviewed, you can publish it or pause it manually. We would take care of that. In between if you change anything it will take three more days to get reviewed. Dear All, There are two aspects of increasing conversions - The Ad copy and the landing page. When writing ad copy to increase conversion rates, my ad copy should be inviting only to those whom i determine wish to perform an action on my website. Usually the ad copy's job is to stand up and shout "you can find the answer to your question here" . For increased conversion rates, we should let the visitors know exactly what we want them to do and by doing so we are accomplishing two goals. - Those who do not wish to complete that action (in this case to buy a product), are less likely to click on the ad. - Those who do click are more predisposed to both perform the action and to seek ways to conduct that action on your website. Also, testing ad copies to increase conversion rates is essential. Normally I write a few different ads, one ad with prices, another that uses testimonials and one that answers a question. This is a good method to determine which type of ad resonates best with your customers. Since you already have historical data - keywords that have proven revenue should be put in Managed keywords Campaign and run as exact match keywords and should spend as much as possible since the keywords are proven to generate revenue. The second campaign should be discovery campaign that has a goal of finding new exact match keywords to add to the managed campaign. Some days this campaign will make money and other days will not. The goal of this campaign should be to fi
