Contact Forum Owners From My Lists

I need someone to contact the people on my list of forum owners and administrators. I have the text that I want you to use when contacting. Many of these forums have a "Contact Us" button on the bottom of their forum, and it's fine to use that. However, many other forums don't have a "Contact Us" button, and it will be necessary for you to register for an account on that forum, so that you may send the forum owner a Private Message with my text. You will be using my contact information, so nothing will ever come back to you. I am actually trying to advertise my forum posting services to forums. I'm not sure how many forums we will be contacting, so give me a bid on contacting 100 forum owners/administrators. Thanks.
