Responsibilities
CISCO Routers, VLAN and IPSec VPN Administration, troubleshooting and management since 1997.
Install, customize and maintain Server and Workstations software and provide day-to-day support.
Monitor system performance and perform system tuning to ensure optimal use of resources.
Identify, document and update firewall system management standards and procedures.
Analyze reported issues to determine whether they are caused by system software or hardware malfunctions and take required corrective action, consulting or activating vendor support if necessary.
Carried out server maintenance and day-to-day backups .
Desktop Services
Technical support in desktop computing. Install, Customize and maintain PC and LAN software and hardware.
Maintenance and implementation of office LAN system with more than 300 users.
Responsible for the installation, customization and maintenance of PC and LAN software and hardware.
Train and Guide the end-users to appropriate and effective use of the software and hardware.
Advise and assist the end-users in the analysis and design of suitable applications and software tools.
Source, evaluate, test, recommend and implement solution that meets the identified needs of the customers.
