Disavow Google Backlinks - Identification & Removal of Harmful Blogposts

Our 1 year old website was recently got hit by the Penguin/ Panda update resulting in my site being removed from positions 1-3 for many keywords to the bottom of page 1 and in other extreme cases to Page 3,5 or further back! We carelessly requested back links to be created without first verifying the links were of good quality. We did manage to get the original contractor who created many of the links to also remove some of the old links which he has done but not the blog posts. At present there are only blog posts left. I am looking for someone to first identify all the links we need to remove and to contact the Webmaster of each site. To then create a report detailing all Webmasters who have been contacted, the links removed and the links still to be removed. This list would then be sent to Google using the Disavow tool and a formal request submitted to remove any harmful links thereafter. There are only 220 links to the site many of which are OK. It is probably a case that roughly 150- 170 or less links would have to be done. REQUIRED: 1) analyze and access the back links through WebMaster 2) Provide a list of damaging links or domains 3) Provide a disavow list to be uploaded to google 4) Suggest improvement 5) Submit list of links removed, webmasters contacted and links yet to be removed.
