Adwords Campaign Management Expert

We have an existing Adwords Campaign running since last year. Our goal is to improve and optimize it and deliver better results. We get 50-100 conversions a month which can be much higher with right approach. We will pay $1.50 per conversion and payments will be submitted each week.
