CPA - paying signups to our unique auction website

We require at least 1000 CPA leads/signups, from the UK. We want people to sign up to our unique auction website where they pay for credits to bid on items (lowest unique bid type auction). Website will be ready for launch 10th November, and we need you to bulk market it then, and get personal users from the UK (primarily) to sign up for our minimum credits (£5 = 5 credits). They will have to enter a unique code on signup that we supply to you - this will ensure we know the signup came from YOU, thus we can pay you accordingly and keep account of how many people have signed up through YOU. Please bid according to how much you will charge for the initial 1000 paying signups. If you have a proven track record and example campaigns/testimonials this will greatly help when we select a winning bidder. NO Blackhat/Illegal techniques (and NO robots) that will get our website shut down. Bulk marketing, email advertising are ok, to OPT-IN email lists only (NO SPAM) - we can create the email for you, ready for you to email out if you prefer. Milestone payment will be paid into Freelancer account - BUT NO funds will be released until you have signed up all 1000 paying members.
