Copy and replace existing vector image with new vector image

Monotonous but easy work in Illustrator. I am looking for someone open up a template file that I provide and replace the existing vector word image with a new vector word image. The template file contains 21 backgrounds that all have the same vector wording. You will only need to replace the wording in that file with the new wording and use the eyedropper to copy the color from the old wording to the new wording. Please see sample image attached with instructions. I have 56 vector quotes that need to be repeated this way. Requirements: Must be opened and saved in Illustrator format (.ai) Must use Dropbox to download and upload files to specific folder I provide.
