create 3 illustrations for a website selling mobile apps

We need three illustrations in retro 50's style based on sample picture as a style example. We will choose the winning artist based on previous work and your sketch. Please also specify in what format can yo supply the original work files (.ai or something else). The sketch has to be made according to these specifications: Attached to this project are two illustrations. Illustration 1 (a girl) is a style example. We like the retro vibe, limited colour palette and clean lines. Illustration 2 (two chefs and a pizza) is a reference image. We'd like to get illustration of a young guy holding / showing an iPhone similarly to the pizza. The illustrations will be for a company selling mobile apps and the phone needs to be the centre of the attention. The phone needs to be a PHOTO and the guy needs to be drawn in retro style similarly to illustration 1. Upon successful bid detailed information will be forwarded to the bidder.
