Childrens' Counting Book

Need an illustrator for a children's counting book. Main character is a boy and he has an assortment of farm animals that interact with him. It will be 20 pages. The even pages will be similar, (same setting - where newly counted animals join the boy.). Finished art work can be original or provided via separate high definition graphics such as .bmp or tiff. I need someone with the ability to create good characterization of the boy and animals. (facial expressions, body language). Page by page, illustrator will provide black and white draft for review before applying color and finalizing the scene. (I'm not a micromanager, but I had an illustrator provide samples of people that were so small you could not discern the character's faces.) Direct me to your website to review existing/similar work.
