Design a map to look like a amusement park Map - FUN

I need to have a map of Southern Oregon designed / drawn in illustrator to resemble a amusement park map. I have attached a sample of what I am looking for as well as a map showing some of the key areas to highlight. I want the colors to be very bright, the river and major attractions to jump out from the page. I need to have this project provided as a vector file when complete and be completed no later than 2/22/11. Please respond with a bid or provide samples for quick turnaround. Thanks,
