Hi, I have experience in helping developing project management database system and sales support database system for a marine surveyor company. I've also supported the development of Health Management Information System of Timor-Leste when I was there. I do not see the attachment but will definitely need to clarify on the detail of the project. I also need to clarify if this project is mainly on building up the tables and relationships of the tables or also including the Forms for data entry. Hello, - Note that I do not know the number of entities in the design, because I did not get the file that shows the Entities in the third normal formal. Therefore I am assuming that the requested 2 hours will be sufficient. - I have experience in designing and creating Access databases. Further I have written SQL queries, modules and macros using VBA. I have also developed application forms and reports in Access. - I have Microsoft Access installed on my laptop. I would be able to create a database for the hospital management system and create the tables, identifying primary and foreign keys to maintain database integrity and referential integrity. - I am based in India and can be contacted via email.
