Cartoon Type Illustration for Simple Tshirt Imprint

I need an illustration in for a tshirt design. Would like a casual, hand-drawn look for the style, something kind of loose and in a cartoon or caricature style. It would say "Welcome To Omaha" across the middle (Welcome To on one line, Omaha larger on 2nd line), with a line drawing of the Omaha skyline and then a few local items incorporated into the design. I've pulled photos and a pdf together of items to include --there's a few versions of each. Just need it to have a simple look, no shading or screens, all solids. Prefer an Illustrator vector version if possible so I can add color to elements if needed (don't know if customer will want a 1, 2 or 3 color imprint yet). Include: TD Ameritrade (baseball park), Boystown (boy statue), Conagra (flag avenue), Union Pacific (locomotive). Can include the logos along with items representing them. I've also included the pedestrian bridge which is part of downtown. Would like 2 versions -- one with the "Welcome To Omaha" and skyline only, then version with additional items described above.
