Create Wordpress Pages from Content in a Word document

I have a Policies and Procedures handbook in word that is now 100 pages long and becoming very unwieldy. I'd like to put it all onto an intranet website that I've started to put together at dreamteam.millerfd.com. You can login as test/test to see the demo version of this site. On the left hand side you can see a link that says "Policies and Procedures". You can expand that and see two sections that I've put up there so far as examples. Your job would be 1. copy and paste the remaining sections, I think there will be ~14 more of them. There are 102 pages in a word document they will come from. The table of contents takes up the first 8 pages. These first two sections that I've already put onto the site are the first 20 pages of the manual, so there are about 80 more pages worth of material. I've uploaded a document called "3. Refill Requests". This is the material for the 3rd section and is provided here as a reference for you to see. 2. minor clean up the formatting of the text after you've created the pages for it, mostly this means eliminating this weird tag that seems to come from the word TOC, eliminating extra spaces, and cleaning up the header tags. 3. Adding the pages to the menu.
