I want to create a theme for blogger as the link [login to view URL] I need to have the ability to create posts, assign tags to posts as any regular blog, but i want the ability to be able to select a tag and make it in the menu of the site. Also when a users visit a post I want to display all related tagged posts underneath it. Users can create accounts to become authors and can submit posts with links to thie Vimeo, Youtube Channels....
