** BIDS OVER $40 WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ** Very basic 2 page site for Halloween event. Final live site must look and function EXACTLY like the PSDs, which I will upload for select freelancers who demonstrate their understanding of the project. Some of the HTML has already been completed: [login to view URL] --but the site must look the same for web, smartphone and tablet. As of now, this HTML does not look good on smartphones or Firefox. Needs to be completed by Monday PST. Full payment upon completion and approval of work.

For what i see, it just needs a responsive CSS and, eventually, fixing the font size / type which is barely readable on big computer screens. Unless the PSDs are different from the site you link.
