Amazon Experts: Need my product to show up for Amazon search for "medical alert system".

I have been selling my product, the "LifeLink Prodigy" on Amazon for over two years. It has done reasonably well on Amazon, but has recently been doing poorly. To try to figure out why, I got on Amazon and searched for the main search term "medical alert system". My product was nowhere to be found, and my company is the manufacturer. However, one of our resellers has a listing for our product and it does show up (though not all that high). I am looking for an Amazon expert to figure out what I need to do to be shown for this term on Amazon. What's especially strange is that my reseller is selling the unit for way more than my company does! Need some help!
