Create a dashboard

Create a dashboard page, contains these features and requirements: 1. use the attached page style, the page will contains many cards in grid 2. anyone who visit the page can create new card, edit content on the card when double click any card 3. anyone who visit the page can drag and drop card to any position in grid on the page, 4. the cards and contents will change automatically if any modification. 5. the cards position and content are stored in DB (mysql or NoSQL like mongo)
