I need a designer to design the homepage/index page of a simple hotsite for a conference. The website will be in portuguese, so I'll ask that some of the information is inserted already in portuguese so we can have an idea of what it will look like. But don't worry, I'll send the hired designer all the information I want in portuguese and I'll translate and explain it in english to make it easier for the designer. As soon as the freelancer is hired, I'll provide all the information he/she needs to do the job along with the conference logo. I'll also be available to answer all questions, if needed. **No payment in advance!**
