Design and get 50 Business Cards per Month print ready

My company is based in South Africa, and has been in business for 25 years. We usually print between 50,000 and 100,000 business cards per month. That means that 150 cards have to be designed, each month. This is what I need: 1) A person that can interact with customers, via our email systems, understand customer needs and get the designs print ready. 2) Must have good English, correct grammar and be able to easily spot spelling mistakes. 3) Must know how to design, in proper design program, i.e. Corel or Adobe products, and meeting print artwork requirements. 4) Must be able to get back to customers quickly and get their designs done fast and accurately. That means that you have to communicate to customers via email only and be able to get them to approve the designs. (Customers should also be asked, twice, to check for spelling and design mistakes. The actual design work should not take long, some of our best designers can design cards in 15 minutes. The trick is being able to understand what the customers need. There is continous work avaialble for the right type of people. Right people means, those who believe in above par customer service. We will pay in lots of 10 cards, meaning for every 20 cards that you get print approval you will be paid. Getting the designs finished ASAP is very important, as the printing process takes 10 days, and we don't want to keep customers waiting. We have the cheapest price on business cards in the whole of Africa, we charge R199, our competitors charge R480! So we are growing fast. Finished artwork should be sent to us via drop box so that they can be printed.
