Hi I'm interested in your proposed project, it's not easy to accomplish a high definition design of a watch model with a realistic rendering in a short time it takes at least 5 days of a hard work, I can use 3DS Max software or Solidworks for this kind of 3 dimensional design to give you a good quality and sketches.
