Design Multiple Websites

I am looking for an experienced and talented website designer or website design company that can produce some low cost websites and be able to produce up to 3 or more of these low cost websites per day. I am a website developer and I have created several template designs that I will allow you to use and customize. I would also be interested in seeing your custom design work. I am developing sites for a specific industry and need to be able to offer these sites fast and at a low cost. If you have experience with Joomla, which is what I use to power these sites, then please specify your experience in your bid and list any sites you have created with Joomla. This project I am listing is for the development of one website so I can see how good your work is, how fast you can produce a site, and see if you have experience with Joomla. I also want to know the exact price you will charge me for any future websites I may hire you to work on. I am looking for coders with high feedback scores, however, If you do not have any feedback yet, you can still bid but I will be considering seasoned RAC coders with high average feedbacks more then others.
