Design a Logo for our biotech company

We (Trichodex) are a growing biotechnology company dedicated to researching and developing biological products and technologies, crop enhancers and phytosanitary solutions. We define ourselves as a future proof alternative to chemicals and pesticides used nowadays. Our current target are worldwide distributors, although our new route targets big companies in order to sell them top-notch fermentative and micro-biology products. We have been using orange and green for over 20 years and for this new era, we consider it might be a good time for a change. Please feel free to use colours as you see fit. We are looking for a simple designed, beautiful logo that would remind of the biotechnology field at first sight, but far from the typical flask/dna/petri dish concept seen in thousands of logos. We need something peculiar and unique. We also want a logo that could be stamped or put in a single color. That means either by the design of the logo itself, or by having an outlined alternative. Along with logos we like, I am also attaching our current twin company (AMC Chemical) current logo. It would be great if the next Trichodex logo couples with it.
