Hello I have derived some basic understanding for an app as below Customer app : -ability to register and login in the app -ability to create profile and manage -ability to manage exercise task. -ability check defined task, weight against trainer instructions,record sets, set a target for workout. Trainer app -ability to check each client progress and send them instructions -ability to send instructions to clients for workout. -ability to make a task list for clients and followup with it.
