Design an App UI for a Geolocation based tracking software

Hello Freelancers, We are a technology startup and our product is an employee tracking system (Pharmaceutical Industry) that tracks the real-time location of field sales employees(MedicalRepresentatives). Now, what we need is "only the design of an app" that will be installed in every salesperson's smartphone. The app should enable the salesman to: 1> Login via his employee ID credentials 2> Start and End his day for time-stamping his attendance record into the back-end server 3> As soon as he starts his day, the app should flash the "Appointments for the Day" that displays all the appointment based calls for the day as not all calls can be made without prior appointment 4> Next his main screen should appear where he is able to see all the prospects in a google map view but segregated based on category. for which we would like to see a small bubble at the bottom that when tapped pops up into 3 more bubbles namely "Dr", "Pharmacists" and "Stockists" 5> When any prospect is tapped, it should show the details of that prospect. For eg if it is a doctor then his name, qualification and clinic timings would suffice 6> When the sales representative reaches near the location of any prospect, it should enable the user to select a prospect and "Check-In" to the prospect's location 7> Once the user is Checked-In, the meeting starts and a screen appears that says the meeting is currently on and also starts a time counter for the meeting on screen. Now this screen also contains two small buttons, one for Gifts and one for Samples that are given to the doctors. When tapped each should pop into a small sub-screen that displays the issued inventory of Gifts/Samples to the sales representative. The meeting timer screen should also have a "Check-Out" button. 8> Once the user clicks on the CheckOut button it should take him to the validation screen. The validation screen should have a box to enter a code sent via sms to the prospect or it can be a screen which prompts the user to scan the prospect's QR code. This will make sure that the salesman has actually met the prospect. We will supply some of the images that will help you know what are the functionalities required in the app. Use good color schemes that will look good for both indoor and outdoor usage. Also try to come up with multiple color themes so that it becomes easier for us to decide. We are looking for clean and crisp designs with cartoonish appearances that will appeal the users
