I have a 20 page application form that need to be converted to editable PDF. The format like a financial or government document. I need you to: Make improvements to font, layout and formatting. Add user editable fields where needed, correctly tab indexed. Add logo. I guess would require about a day of work for the right person. Job will be completed upon delivery of PDF, and InDesign files.
