This project is to create a quick and simple nutrition video to play on PCs and ipads, targeted to low income / food insecure people in the US. The primary application will be to play while people are waiting in lines for healthy food distributions, but we'll put it up on the web site too - at [login to view URL] The video needs to be no more than 5 minutes long, but still needs to be entertaining and captivating so people won't mind watching it while waiting for their food. We'll need a version in English and in Spanish. Most or virtually all the text shown in the powerpoint is to be narrated, not shown on the slides. Any text shown in the video should be succinct and easy to comprehend at a glance. Some graphics are shown in the attached powerpoint, but the designer may choose to use animations or different images. The video corresponding to slide 8 should show an animation of a fire with bales of paper thrown on it, burning high, and then dying down, and repeating the process for illustrate eating sugar and refined grains. It should show a log getting thrown on and slowly burning with the right heat to illustrate natural foods. Graphs should draw out while the narrator is describing them. Overall, this video should be very professional looking, very compelling so we can convince food insecure people in the US to change to more healthy diets.
