Hello. 1 - What we want? We want make city portal where people can put different our city pictures. Portal shows our city from different sides. 2 - Why we need it? We love our city and what make it better. In future we can use banners to make our projects advertising. 3 - How it must look like? Like you can see on picture is have main window and banners on start page. That you choose what you want look pictures A or B or read blog. When you look pictures you can rate it with "Like" or send claim if picture is not on right gallery. Blog have only "Like" button because we put blogs by our self first time. 4 - Who and how put pictures and blog? Pictures can put any user but they need make per-registration by FB or using mail.
