It's important to have a responsive website these days. Recent articles state that Google will a rank a site lower if it is not responsive. We would like to build a simple website where the user can enter the URL of his/her website and see two things : 1) The tool should provide a simple Yes/No to state if their site is responsive 2) Ideally we should be able to show a couple of examples how their site looks at different screen sizes. We will want a second tab with a contact us form. Additionally, we need to have 3 advertising areas on the main page (top, left side, and right side) We will put Google ads on the top and right. On the left side we will need to rotate different ads. There should be some sort of tool that makes it easy for us to upload and change ads as needed. We have no preference for color scheme, it should be something pleasing to the eye
