hello Everyone I m looking for some to create facebook Its a game/app spin the wheel Everytime person spin the wheel he will either win some prizes or they will loose. So we need to set the algorithm like at 100th spin user will win or after 1000th spin if one person spin the wheel thn he/she cant spin it for next 1 hour. After one hour user will get notification in news feed time to spin wheel. Like that We will give [login to view URL] Any user who will win prize he/she will be transferred to new page where he/she can enter their details and claim the prize. need dedicated admin panel where i can add stuffs UI/UL should be awesome. Ads system is needed Admin panel should have all the features. Option to declare the price . Top Price of the day Daily basis prices ( Like recharge) gift vouchers etc This all with come in one app. I want this app to be viral and awesome. Dear, i am an experienced programmer with 5+ years of experience. I have finished Faculty of IT Science in Belgrade Serbia, and also worked in different IT companies in Serbia. Most of my programming experience is based on developing web-pages, browser expansions and Facebook API. I also have an experienced partner with more then 5 years of experience working as product expert and business analyst, defining different functional specifications and products. He is from Slovenia and we are both fluent in English. Scope is clear for now and i already discussed with my partner about the approach: 1) Week 1: Design phase - we make more precise business requirements document which will be aligned with you and confirmed by you 2) Week 2: Development start - since we are working in agile approach, my partner is defining Functional specification document for module per module and aligning it with you, while i am developing module per module 3) Week 4: First delivery - in this phase after we did factory testing, you will have the opportunity to do some tests and give feedback about possible issues.
