Build a bitcoin game website

I need someone to make a bitcoin game site. The site will need to work with a bitcoin wallet / client / software where clients can deposit money into the account and then be able to withdraw if they win. The game will be a wheel game with a twist to it. There will need to be some extra coding involved.
