in South Australia we wish to create a website whereby people can have the option of filling in details online and then can print out the documents to lodge at Court for the purposes of obtaining a grant of Probate. there is a similar system in the UK called probate wizard. There is a change in Court rules in SA as of July 1 2015 and we wish to take advantage of that event. a series of questionnaires and boxes where clients can fill in their information and print out documents for Court. we are prepared to listen for pricing and time frame for same from serious people looking at building long term relationships.
