The company is engaged into international and national logistics system based out of India. We are specialized into different kinds of projects and cargo handling. The project is to build a simple CMS website with an option to edit and modify pages and content. The SOW for the project is attached herewith for your record and references. For references: Different links are also mentioned in the SOW. The links are strictly for references and idea generation, not for copying. We would also require a 3/3 Brochure (6 pages) for our company with a vibrant and professional design. In this regard, the content for the website and brochure also needs to be done. Both image editing and content writing has to be done by your end for the aforesaid work. Project Timeframe: I would request the bidders to place there project timeframe break up for each stages. After placing the time break up, bidder has to stick to their commitments failing which will lead to penalties. Any delay from our end will be compensated. Project Terms: Website: The 4-5 design samples (image) needs to be shown before confirmation. Brochure: 3 sample needs to be shown before confirmation The coding needs to be done systematically to withheld any security breach and hacking. The coding should have the option to upgrade and modify in future. The system should be bug free and tested. 3 Months of free support service should be provided after the project completion for any bug / error rectification. Incase, of any addition it will be payed separately. The project needs to uploaded in the client's server and test it properly at the time of completion. Daily update of the project update needs to be given. Any legal or further negotiations should be done through written. In regards to technical or operational query verbal communication it acceptable but there after it has to documented.
