We're a small photography company that provides services to realtors via our website, http://MLSphotos.com. Our current website is hopelessly outdated, and we're looking for a complete redo with Wordpress.
We currently have two products:

We currently accept orders online with PayPal processing. We're open to replacing this or adding additional payment methods like Stripe or Amazon payments.
We would like essentially 3 public-facing features, and a backend for admin

2.A single page dynamic template created to display photos/tours/videos we've created and display the property data. Realtors will use this to market the property. They will be virtually identical with the exception that one version cannot display the customer/agent's contact info to meet MLS rules.
[login to view URL] backend for managing contact info, personal portrait for display on personalized tours, and record of purchases with links. We'd also like a feature here where they can download high resolution copies of the still photos from their orders, so they can use them for flyers.
4. Admin backend to manage and assign orders from a photographer database and communicate with customers regarding their order status and links to completed work.
We're looking for a designer with the skills and patience to work with us to get a great site up and running.
