Build a Website

I am a senior graduating college with an emphasis on broadcasting for sports. I need someone to build me a website (speficially using a free website, such as weebly, wix, or wordpress) that provides desktop and mobile options for possible employers. My website should be polished, and crisp. It serves as 3 purposes. 1. To show my professionalism 2. my experience 3. readable. While, I do want my website to have flare - I want those 3 things covered on every page. I need this done quickly but well. I have uploaded a PDF file on what should be done for words on page. I would like a lay out of Picture On top - words below or the zig zag approach with picture words, words picture, etc.
