Build an E-Commerce Website/Marketplace - Future integration with Android/iPhone

Vision: To create an virtual space for every people to take a snapshot of their unwanted and unloved goods, and to sell it to those within their community and abroad. For those needing a hand completing some work, cleaning a roof, or doing some paper - This app allows everyday people to find an everyday helper. How it works - The Story! I have a lovely outdoor setting, strong timber, water resistant and treated - Sturdy as the Tree it was cut from, but unused and sitting in the backyard collecting dust. I don't want to throw it away, but I know there is someone out there who could probably benefit, and would like it to go to a good home. So I take out my Phone, I quickly type my name and email to the app or connect via facebook - Bam! Registered! I then aim my smart phones camera at the outdoor set, take a series of photos - auto cropped and resized within the app - I then pick the category, add a title, add a fixed price or start bid price - set the ad to go on for a set duration - lets say 48 hours, put a quick description, and click on the 'Find new home' button. I then enjoy the rest of my weekend being the proud father I am with the kids and lovely wife 48hours later - My App Pops up with a 'Congratulations! We have found your 'Outdoor Set for 4' a new home! I tap the icon and see the details on the winning bidder - We then exchange further details, communicating via the in app communicator. We set a time for a pick up, we make the exchange, and then place a quick 5 star review of the overall experience. The outdoor setting for 4 has found a great new family, and I have extra cash to go and buy that brand new golf club I was looking for! - Or pay off that pesky debt! ** You need a hand, your moving, you've got large furniture but can't afford to get a removalist to do it for you. You pick up your phone, find the 'Look for Helper' section, and choose 'Hands On Stuff.' You enter the heading 'Need help moving some furniture' and put a fixed price '$25.00' or 'Free 6 Pack of Beer' - You place the Location, Date and Time and click 'Look for helper' 5 minutes later, your app pops up with a 'Congratulations! Your helper is on the way!' You get a quick map notification of where the helper is at and details of the helper - name & number. You message the helper and he's on it like a rocket! He tells you he's literally down the corner, doing nothing and more than happy to help for a 6 pack of beers. A few hours later, you've moved all your heavy furniture into the back of the truck and on your way!
