Brand guidelines

Hello I am looking to launch a new environmental, but luxurious, feminine hygiene company. We are in start-up mode, but have been recently recognised by Sir Richard Branson as company that is 'going good'. [login to view URL] We now looking to cement the brand and identity as we move closer to launching next year an we want to create an iconic, but elegant brand, which is far from the lurid packaging and design of typical feminine hygiene branding/marketing. Currently, we have a cobbled together something which is far from where we want and think the brand could be, so I am looking for a graphic designer who will help us work on setting the brand identity and guidelines for our commercial arm 'Grace & Green' - building from our foundation brand guidelines in order to cement the look and identity of our company. Because of the nature of the company and product, we are specifically looking for a female graphic designer to take on this work. If this is of interest to you I would be pleased to hear from you.
