Animation Keyframe Design

We are creating a business cinema piece for a client. In short, the final product will be a sales video that is in narrative format and details the key benefits of the specific product. We are estimating that roughly 20 - 30 keyframes will need to be designed and include such elements as human silhouettes, graphic metaphors such as data flowing through a cable, desks, computer(s) and backgrounds / landscape. Ideally, all art will be 2D. Capabilities to illustrate and animate is a plus! Here is an example of design / animation quality we anticipate. This is one in a series of videos, so it would be ideal for the selected freelancer to be able to aid in the upcoming pieces too.
