Amend a PHP/MySQL website

We are looking for a developer to add onto a very basic website. At this stage we just need to know : 1) Roughly, how long it will take to complete this project detailed below? 2) Roughly, how much it will costs? (We are looking to spend a max of $150) 3) Examples of similar projects you had in the past (especially those that you created members login areas for). -- PROJECT DESCRIPTION I have an existing HTML/PHP/MySQL website. This website currently has three tabs “About Us”, “Disclaimer” and “Contact us” pages. All three of these pages are currently editable in the admin area. I’m looking for a developer to add to this website by creating a registration page and login area for members. This login area needs to have the standard features (e.g. forgot password function, incorrect password lock out after 5 attempts & Captcha form etc etc). Once the user logs in, an extra 4 tabs (pages) will be made available for him to view - these pages are hidden to non-members. These pages will also need to be editable in the admin area too. The registration/login area must be SSL secured and the database must be securely configured to prevent SQL injections amongst other security threats.
