The primary skills needed are: HTML CSS Bootstrap v3.2.x Graphic Design Content Writing We have most pages in place and just need a review, suggested visual improvements (if applicable), & some stock images found to fill some gaps. The few pages that have yet to be designed would be starting from scratch, but we have a base design from our pre-selected Bootstrap-based design template. There are about 20+ pages that simply need the designer's input and code visual suggestions. We have four pages that would be built from scratch, outside of using our design template. All pages will need to be responsive (a.k.a., friendly to mobile and tablet devices). The specific pages and the pre-selected design template will be provided and explained in detail at the start of the job. Access to our web servers will not be available, so contractors must be able to create these in an environment of their own. Full access and rights to the source files are expected upon job completion.
