Design a simplistic casino website in Layered PSD

Need PSD layered design for simplistic casino web site which consists of only four pages: - Landing page - Roulette page (American roulette) - Lotto 6/49 - User details (player account, settings and history) page I will provide a brief and also three images which display the proposed layout and elements which should be included – it does not display how each element should look like or what colors to use. In fact every element placed has been quickly borrowed from other pages or using Google search and therefore it is strongly recommended to be replaced with something else non-public to the internet. The designer can be creative and not limited to the colours put in the example images. We will not provide images for the buttons or fonts - those need to be created from the designer. We will provide a logo - logo design should NOT be considered for this project. Overall vision of the site: The site is expected to expand no larger than 1024 px width and is to be designed in single centered column format. As will be visible on the example images I will provide to the winner every of the 3 pages (landing, roulette, lotto) has 2 main sub-columns – the idea is that the web developers would make this site responsive for large screen mobile devices and tablets and thus when shrunk the elements from the first column will go on top of the other making it somewhat responsive (for large resolution mobile devices). Payment: part 1- 30% advance payment part 2 - 50% payment when I receive a draft, review, provide comments part 3 - 20% last payment after any modifications of the draft received are done and I receive final version Deadline: - please provide estimate how many days till I receive the draft PSD as I know some freelances are busier than others Deliverable: web-site design in PSD file with each of four pages being individual layer Thanks!
